What this site collects

Only what you type into the Get help form:

• What's locked (car, home, business or keys)
• Your name and phone number
• Where you are, and any notes you add
• If you tap Use my location, your approximate map position. The site only asks after you tap the button.

The site does not ask for photos of ID or other documents.

How it is used

Your request is used to call you back about your lockout or lock job, and for nothing else.

Where it goes

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which emails it to Ken.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking, and fonts and images are served from this website, so no other company is contacted when a page loads.

The site stores only two small notes in your browser, and neither is a cookie: one in session storage that the logo animation has already played, so it does not play on every page (deleted when you close the tab), and one in local storage when you tap "Got it" on the cookie notice, so the notice does not come back. Both stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
